By purchasing product on this website, you agree to our refund and return policy. Because our products are high-end jewelry, we do not accept refunds for products that have been opened from their original packaging.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us at info@empwrdlife.com to set up an exchange. In order to receive an exchange, you must send us a photo (or video if required) of the product and the associated damage.
For general returns of unopened products, a return ticket must be opened within 24 hours of delivery (based on available tracking info) - note that refund/exchange requests made after this time period will not be accepted. To return an item, you must ship the product back to us in its original, unopened packaging without any damage or tampering. The customer will be responsible for paying for return shipping back to us.
All returns of unopened products will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from the total refund owing.

It is important to clean and care for your Empwrd Life jewelry. All our jewlery is made of industry-standard 92.5% high-quaility sterling silver.
For Empwrd necklaces, earrings, cufflinks, soak in a mixture of lukewarm water and a few drops of dishsoap for up to 5 minutes to lightly clean the surface. Rinse & dry with a soft cloth.
For Empwrd braclets, use a silver-polishing cloth to make your Empwrd jewelry shine again.
Note that both cleaning methods will not remove scratches.
